Matt and Nyoman and Darta, who all helped to make our Bali experience a really special adventure, and to Saul and Alison in Hong Kong, who met us at the airport, put us up in their 5 star digs, showed us the sights and made it possible to arrive in Bali refreshed and ready for adventure, after two days in H.K.
