Nyoman's sisters were not prepared for us. Fortunately there was a performance by children of a variety of Balinese dances with Gamelan music made from gongs, drums,striking of metal keys, bamboo, flute and two string zither. The players are not professionals! There is no written music. It's played from memory and in perfect timing! (sorry for the poor night photo) |
