Stopped at a small bakery in Bantry, for Irish tea and scones. This is Chris and Jan Twohy. They run a goat dairy and cheese making operation in Scotts Valley, California. Chris is retired now and hopes to spend six months a year in Ireland. He's traced his great grandfather back to Kenmare, near where he's purchased the farm where we've been doing the slate roof. |
